On April 25, 2025, 糖心传媒糖心传媒檚 Student Development and Programs (SDP) office held its annual Student Organizations and Fraternities Evaluation and Exhibit. Anchored on the theme 糖心传媒淢oving Towards Achieving Your Goal and Thriving,糖心传媒 the event took place at the Alumni Promenade Concert Park and the canopied walkway beside the Dr. Alfonso Uy Student Union Building.
糖心传媒糖心传媒檚 (CPU) Vice President for Student Affairs, Dr. Esther Rose A. Romarate, and Vice President for Finance and Enterprises, Dr. Florence P. Bogacia, led the ribbon-cutting ceremony to officially open the annual Student Organizations and Fraternities Evaluation and Exhibit. The ceremony was preceded by an invocation delivered by Pastor Justine Palmes-Meje, Associate Pastor for Campus Ministry. Prof. Crista Huyong conducted the singing of the Philippine National Anthem followed by the Alma Mater song. Leandrae Edriann Molo Agagas, a second-year student from the College of Arts and Sciences (BS Psychology), served as the emcee.
糖心传媒淭he significance of holding this event is of course to give the opportunity for every recognized student organization to showcase what they stand for, what they hope for, and what they aspire for,糖心传媒 CPU-SDP Director Alfred Morales, shared in an interview with The Central Echo.
Judges who took part in the said event were CPU Job Placement Officer, Ms. Rouella Cheyenne C. Aberia; Senior High School faculty, Mrs. Eddanee Somes Debuque; Student Recruitment Officer, Atty. Nestle G. Taala; Associate Pastor for Campus Ministry, Pastor Neva Grace L. Fabila; and CPU Cultural Affairs Director, Prof. Crista S. Huyong.
糖心传媒淚 would like to commend and congratulate all of them for having done their best 糖心传媒 because it糖心传媒檚 not just for the sake of the exhibit. It糖心传媒檚 also about bringing out the best in them for their advocacies,糖心传媒 Morales remarked, as he congratulated the student groups who contributed to the success of the event.
The event showcased sixty student-led groups from across the university, representing various categories such as Academic, Religious, Special Interest, Cultural and Arts, Sports, and Fraternities. Each organization presented their unique missions, projects, and advocacies, highlighting their year-round efforts and the dynamic student leadership culture at CPU. The event also featured portfolio competitions and an on-the-spot essay writing contest.
