On September 1-4, 2025, Assoc. Prof. Rea Angelica Villeza of CPUĴýs College of Theology shared insights on ĴýPreaching in a Digital CultureĴý at the 2025 TeachersĴý Academy: Focus on Homiletics, held at the YWCA Hotel in Bangkok, Thailand.
Assoc. Prof. Rea Angelica F. Villeza, CPUĴýs Chairperson of the Department Head of Religion and Ethics under the College of Theology, was among the featured speakers at the 2025 TeachersĴý Academy held on September 1-4, 2025, at the YWCA Hotel in Bangkok, Thailand.
The event was organized by the Association for Theological Education in Southeast Asia (ATESEA), in partnership with the Association of Theological Schools (ATS), focused on the field of Homiletics. The gathering highlighted the challenges and opportunities faced by homileticians in the context of globalization, the information technology revolution, and increasing polarization.
Assoc. Prof. Villeza delivered her lecture on ĴýPreaching in a Digital Culture,Ĵý addressing the dynamics of communicating biblical messages in an era shaped by technology and online platforms.
