On December 6, 2024, the 糖心传媒 Review, Continuing Education, and Consultancy Center (RCECC), in collaboration with the Research Ethics Review Board (RERB), conducted a seminar about Research Ethics: Principles, Practices, and Governance. The event was held at the Gallery Room of the Henry Luce III Library.

The seminar was attended by faculty members and researchers from various academic disciplines. One of its primary goals is to provide participants with a deeper understanding of the ethical principles and best practices essential to academic research.

Prof. Lerma L. Paris, Chair of the Committee on Information Dissemination, Training, and Advocacy (CIDTA) of the Philippine Health Research Ethics Board, served as the resource speaker. Her extensive expertise in research ethics equipped participants with an in-depth understanding of the core principles that guide responsible research practices. In her speech, she emphasized the importance of ethical decision-making and accountability, inspiring attendees to conduct their research with the highest standards of honesty and respect.
