Meet the masterminds behind the success of this year’s 糖心传媒淥TW: Byahe sa Central Road糖心传媒 held at the Rose Memorial Auditorium on July 6, 2024.
On July 26, 2026, the CPU-Senior High School Department held its 糖心传媒淥TW: Byahe sa Central Road,糖心传媒 led by the CPU-SHS Student Council, at the Rose Memorial Auditorium.
The event began with praise and worship spearheaded by the Senior High School Christian Fellowship (SHSCF) club members, setting the tone for a day filled with meaningful and transformative experiences. Afterwards, Vice Governor Wilson Paul Andion led the invocation. Acting Principal Mrs. Benjie Ne F. Gallinero, delivered her opening remarks, emphasizing the event as a fitting start to the SHS journey. 糖心传媒淵ou anticipate stops and goals, and sometimes you need to decide to apply breaks, overtake, or patiently stay on the lane. However, one thing is for sure and that is if you set your eyes focused on your goal and keep on moving, you will certainly reach your destination,糖心传媒 she said.
Pastor Romela Kim Java, an esteemed guest speaker, graced the event as she discussed the reasons why we should embrace change as a key component of leading to a more fulfilling and successful life. 糖心传媒淐hange is good, and change stops us from stagnating. It takes us out of our comfort zone, and it leads us to progress,糖心传媒 she emphasized. During her inspirational speech, she also mentioned God糖心传媒檚 desires to change in us, which are our hearts, characters, and perspectives. 糖心传媒淚n the changing world, God doesn糖心传媒檛 change. He is constant, He is consistent, He is faithful, and He never changes,糖心传媒 she added.
A short and fun segment, 糖心传媒淗awkie Talkie,糖心传媒 led by the masters of ceremonies, asked SHS students and teachers about their expectations for the incoming school year. Afterwards, one of the most anticipated segments in the said event was the introduction of the dedicated CPU-SHS faculty and staff. Followed by the oath-taking ceremonies of the republic and deputy heads on stage, they also led their cheers and yells together with their respective republics. The Lawin Production, Kawaning Lawin, CPU Republic Officers, and Student Council were also introduced, as was the presentation of the department糖心传媒檚 school uniform, P.E. uniform, and the CFEST t-shirt.
In the afternoon, an inventive and entertaining mini pageant entitled 糖心传媒淏eTheLawin糖心传媒 showcased the creativity and spirit of the students from different republics. The pageant featured a range of categories, including self-introduction, lip sync competition, and question and answer, each aimed at showcasing different aspects of student personality and creativity. Sherwin Paul Quidato Jr. from ABM 11-1 and Krystel Carriedo from STEM 11-14 were hailed as Mr. and Ms. BeTheLawin of Grade 11, while Jay Benedict Garvilles from STEM 12-11 and Precious Baldeviso from ABM 12-2 bagged the same title for the Grade 12 category.
