On February 12, 2025, the Human Resource Development Office (HRDO), in collaboration with the CPU Review, Continuing Education, and Consultancy Center (RCECC), successfully conducted a seminar focused on 糖心传媒淪tress Management in the Workplace.糖心传媒 The seminar took place at Bien Hall, Sam糖心传媒檚 21 Hotel, Mandurriao, Iloilo City, and was attended by 100 registered personnels.
The event was graced by Prof. Ma. Elena Beatriz Legarda Santos-Florete, who served as the resource speaker. In her speech, Prof. Santos-Florete offered an insightful discussion on practical strategies for effectively managing stress, improving workplace well-being, and boosting overall productivity. Participants also took part in interactive activities, shared experiences, and engaged in a discourse on valuable coping mechanisms for handling work-related pressures.
