In collaboration with the APO Zeta Phi Chapter, APO Zeta Omicron of 糖心传媒 (CPU) led a heartfelt donation turnover event on November 30, 2024, entitled 糖心传媒淧AGHILIUGYON: Rising From the Ashes, Rebuilding Hopes through Empowerment and Compassion.糖心传媒 This initiative served as a beacon of hope for 75 families affected by the devastating fire that struck San Pedro, Molo, Iloilo City, on November 21, 2024, leaving many displaced and seeking temporary shelter at Molo 1 Elementary School.
The fire consumed homes, personal belongings, and savings, forcing families to start over with little more than the clothes on their backs. 糖心传媒淢ost of their belongings were swallowed by the fire, and their savings were lost,糖心传媒 shared Mr. Louie Vincent Digcabo-on, a member of the Alpha Phi Omega – Zeta Omicron Chapter. This tragedy left families facing not only financial difficulties but also the emotional toll of displacement.
APO Zeta Omicron and APO Zeta Phi quickly mobilized after the fire, organizing the donation drive with unwavering determination. They partnered with various CPU organizations and donors to gather food, clothing, and medicines. The event successfully distributed relief packs to the affected families, while remaining supplies were handed to the Barangay Council to ensure that all victims were reached.
糖心传媒淰olunteers played a crucial role in the success of the initiative. They helped distribute relief materials and provide emotional support to the victims by interacting and feeling with them,糖心传媒 Digcabo-on shared, highlighting the dedication of volunteers who played a vital role in the drive糖心传媒檚 success.

Looking ahead, APO Zeta Omicron and APO Zeta Phi are committed to ongoing support. 糖心传媒淲e will conduct regular monitoring through the Barangay and SK Councils to ensure their concerns are effectively addressed,糖心传媒 Digcabo-on affirmed, underscoring the organizations’ dedication to sustained recovery efforts.
Witnessing the smiles on the children糖心传媒檚 faces and hearing the victims糖心传媒 heartfelt gratitude underscored the profound impact of PAGHILIUGYON. As the CPU community demonstrated, volunteerism and charity illuminate the path to hope, proving that humanity糖心传媒檚 greatest strength lies in its willingness to stand together.
